music is super important to me, both as a listener and creator. well, im definitely more of a listener lol. but im working on trying to make more music myself! i was a band kid throughout middle and high school, although my appreciation for classical* music definitely isnt as strong as it could be. i mostly listen to indie rock + new wave but im also open to a lot of different things. if i had to pick a top 5 musical artists id say its car seat headrest, oingo boingo, driftless pony club, nine inch nails, and why?
while spotify (and other music streaming services) are not ideal in terms of music listening and preservation, i do use it most of the time for casual listening. if you have spotify and want to take a look at the playlist ive been haphazardly throwing songs into since 2018, you can do that here
